Alphonse!
They talk about random things while sitting together. Narrator does, in fact, take off his vest, it resting beside him. He was comfortable here, in the woods. Though the amusement park was somewhat worrying at first, it didn't necessarily feel... hostile. Its old lights flickered, a few of the bulbs having burst years ago, yet still trying to cling to their old shine; watching the area made a smile form.
"The others are far enough that I can't even hear them anymore." He hums. "It's... quite a peaceful location." (edited)
"Mhm. I was expecting today to be just as hectic as yesterday, but I'm quite thankful it's not." Alph replies. "What do you think of my coworkers so far?"
Narrator tilts his head up, thinking. "They're... a colorful bunch. Many interesting characters. The ones you associate with the most definitely fit into that category, I'd say." He pauses, meeting Alph's gaze. "And you like them, and they like you. While I'd prefer you not to get injured like you have been, I can't say I don't understand wanting to protect those around you. You just need to take your own limits into account–no more martyrdom, alright?"
Alph chuckles. "I'll try my best."
"Well try harder. Last time you said that, you were unharmed for about one day before coming back with your arm covered in bandages, and with magic deprivation again."
Alph now laughs. "Okay, Okay. I will genuinely do my best to limit myself."
Narrator sighs, but a smile remains on his lips. "You'd better."
