Scraps poked his head out from under the bus seat, cautiously looking from left to right. When he was sure the bus was completely empty, they crawled out from under the seat and stood, smoothing their Hawaiian shirt and pulling out a blue child's bag.
Before going out, Scraps scrambled up on top of the seat and peeked out the bus window, then poked its head out from behind the seat. All clear...
Scraps scrambled back down and began making his way out of the bus.
When Scraps first hopped onto the bus, he didn't realize there would be so many employees on it! Apparently beaches were popular, which wasn't good for him and his social anxiety. He practically froze in place when he saw all the people sitting down on the chairs, but he couldn't go back with everyone else waiting behind him, so he just... walked all the way to the back of the bus and dived under one of the seats, staying there for the rest of the ride.
Scraps looked down once he reached the edge of the door, it seemed kind of high for him, but he took a step forward anyways, hoping it would be fine.
It was not fine.
Blue took one step forward and realized too late that the step really was too high for blue. He flailed around at first, trying to get a grip on something before he fell, but ultimately failed and fell face first into the sand with a squeak, followed by a muffled groan. (edited)
